RebarSMART is Trillium's in-house reinforcement detailing and compliance-checking platform, developed to enhance quality, efficiency and consistency across reinforced concrete projects.
Created by our Head of Digital Engineering, Andrew Spence, RebarSMART automatically reviews reinforcement models and bar schedules against the requirements of BS 8666:2020, helping to identify potential detailing issues before information is issued for construction.
By automating routine compliance checks, our engineers can spend more time focused on design optimisation, coordination and value engineering. The platform supports improved quality assurance, reduces the risk of detailing errors and helps deliver more reliable project information to clients, contractors and fabricators.

EmailSMART is a simple email-filing tool developed by Trillium to solve an everyday project-management problem. It renames emails saved from Classic or New Outlook into a consistent, searchable format using the sent date, time, sender’s initials and email subject—making important project correspondence quicker to file and easier to find. EmailSMART is currently available free of charge through Trillium Labs.

Before downloading EmailSMART, please read the User Guide, including the important limitations and recommended testing procedure. EmailSMART should initially be tested using copies of non-critical emails. It is a convenience tool and is not an archive, backup or document-management system.
